based in Melbourne has three decades of broad experience across corporate and structured finance, investment banking, consulting, risk management, resources, and energy, working and building relationships across Africa, Europe, Asia, and Australia. He worked for twelve years at Deutsche Bank in London and Singapore as a fixed-income analyst, global markets risk manager, ultimately heading the structured credit trading desk responsible for pricing, risk management and trade execution in non-Japan Asia and Australia. He also worked as a markets and political consultant for Goldman Sachs in South Africa, and as Head of Credit Structured Products for Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong. He served as an Executive Director for Hastings Technology Metals Ltd, an ASX-listed rare earth developer company. Most recently as a Managing Director at AWR Lloyd, Aris advised clients across Southeast Asia on infrastructure, critical minerals, energy, real-estate, and digital assets. He is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director of Energy Transition Minerals (ETM), an ASX-listed rare earth and lithium exploration company.
