is a Senior Adviser to Brigg Macadam, having been one of its founders and its former Chairman. He has deep and extensive experience as a principal in M&A and funding transactions. He was CEO of Prospective Group plc, an LSE-listed marketing services group, growing the business chiefly through some two dozen acquisitions. Following that, he led the Oakley Group’s acquisition and integration of over twenty manufacturing companies in five years. He served as a consultant to the private equity firm Charterhouse, managing a large number of acquisition and integration projects for them in the US. He acted as a principal investor before becoming a founder of Brigg Macadam in 2014. He holds a BA in History from University College London.
